Before you get started, here's just a couple quick things to note:
A two-night minimum stay is required, prices are subject to change, and are not guaranteed until a reservation has been booked.
Our cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Special Event Package

The 909 & Vine Special Event package is an exclusive service for couples getting married at Spruce St. Studios. The package can accommodate up to 30 guests and includes set-up and break-down of the following:

Tables

Chairs
-
Linen
-
Décor (if provided by Spruce St. Rentals)
Your special event package also includes an on-site event manager who will provide the following services:

Clear tables

Take out trash
-
Ensure restrooms are kept tidy

Help direct vendors

Coordinate parking
Our experienced managers are provided by Spruce St. Studios. Hours of availability are from 5 pm - 9 pm.
The cost for the special event package varies based on number of guests, hours, etc. To get a quote for your event, please leave us a note in the comment section of your reservation form.
